FIELD OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a device for securing a pipe string to a support structure.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONDuring disconnection and connection of pipes during an oil/gas operation, the lower part of the pipe string is suspended in a wedge-shaped hole in a support structure (for example a deck of a platform etc.) by means of a so-called slips.Fig. 1a and fig. 1b shows a prior art example of a device for automatic lowering and elevation of a slips 2 up from (fig. 1a) and down into (fig. 1b) an opening O (indicated by dashed lines) of a support structure 4, typically the master bushing of a drill floor. The device comprises a base 3 and a guiding device 5 pivotably connected to the base 3. By pivoting the guiding device 5 relative to the base 3, the slips 2 secured to the guiding device 5 will be lifted up and down.A pipe string 6 may be suspended from the support structure 4 when the slips 2 has been engaged around the pipe string 5 and lowered into the opening, as shown in fig. 1b.It is known that particularly short pipe strings 6 (i.e. with low weight) may slip out of engagement with the slips 2. The device therefore comprises a gripping device 9 configured to be engaged with the pipe 6 above the slips 2. Should the pipe string 6 move downwardly relative to the slips 2, the gripping device 9 will follow the pipe string 6 down until the gripping device 9 strikes the top of the slips 2. This impact will reinforce the engagement of the slips 2 with the pipe string 6 and the sliding movement of the pipe string 6 will cease. Reference number 7 is an actuator for moving the gripping device towards and away from the pipe string. The above prior art is known from WO 2006/137743 and from WO 02/075101.US US7559360 describes an improved tong positioning apparatus which includes a base positionable on the rig floor; a hydraulic cylinder positioned on the base, having a first end engageable to a rear support member and a second end engageable to a pivotal moment arm; a forward shock attachment arm engaged at a first end to one of a plurality of attachment points on the moment arm, and a second end which attaches to a tong frame attachment point on the tong. The forward shock attachment arm includes a pair of shock absorbers engaged along its length to provide a smooth, non-jerking motion both vertically and horizontally in moving the power tong. The tong positioning apparatus is designed to be remotely operated by hydraulic, air, air over hydraulics, electronically, by a single operator. One object of the present invention is to improve the above prior art. One specific object is to reduce the size of the device.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONThe present invention relates to a device for securing a pipe string to a support structure, wherein the device comprises:- a base;- a lifting arm having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is pivotably connected to the base and wherein the second end is connectable to a slips;- a pipe clamp comprising a first clamping element and a second clamping element; - a clamp actuator for moving the first clamping element and the second clamping element towards or away from the pipe string;characterized in that:- the first clamping element is connected to the base on a first side of the lifting arm;- the second clamping element is connected to the base on a second side of the lifting arm;wherein the first clamping element and the second clamping element are configured to be held stationary relative to the base during movement of the lifting arm.The pipe string is arranged through an opening of the support structure. The clamp actuator is configured to move the first clamping element and the second clamping element towards or away from the pipe string when the pipe string is arranged in the support structure.According to the above, the slips will be lifted up from the support structure between the first clamping element and the second clamping element. The first clamping element and the second clamping element may be pivotably connected to the base. The first clamping element and the second clamping element may be pivotably connected to the base about a vertical pivot axis. The clamp actuator may be configured to bring the first clamping element and the second clamping element into engagement with the pipe string by moving the first clamping element and the second clamping element towards the pipe string. The clamp actuator may be configured to bring the first clamping element and the second clamping element out of engagement with the pipe string by moving the first clamping element and the second clamping element away from the pipe string. The first clamping element and the second clamping element may comprise a grooved contact area provided with ridges for providing engagement with the pipe string. The first clamping element and the second clamping element may comprise a distance element protruding downwardly below the grooved contact area. The distance element is adapted to make an impact on top of the slips should the pipe string move downwardly relative to the slips, thereby pushing the slips further down into a tapered opening in the support structure. The first clamping element may comprise a first distance element and the second clamping element may comprise a second distance element. The pipe clamp may comprise a first arm connected to the first clamping element, wherein the first clamping element may be pivoted by longitudinal movement of the first arm, and/or wherein the pipe clamp may comprise a second arm connected to the second clamping element, wherein the second clamping element may be pivoted by longitudinal movement of the second arm.The clamp actuator may comprise a first clamp actuator and a second clamp actuator, wherein the first clamp actuator may be integrated with, or may be connected to, the first arm, and wherein the second clamp actuator may be integrated with, or may be connected to, the second arm.The first arm has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end may be connected to the first clamping element and wherein the second end may be connected via a first spherical ball bushing to the base; and/or wherein the second arm has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end may be connected to the second clamping element and wherein the second end may be connected via a second spherical ball bushing to the base. The first clamp actuator and the second clamp actuator may be linear actuators. The device may comprise a first bolt for connecting the first clamping element to the base and for securing the base to the support structure; and wherein the device may comprise a second bolt for connecting the second clamping element to the base and for securing the base to the support structure.Hence, the same bolts are used for more than one purpose.According to the above, it is achieved a more compact device, with reduced weight. While the prior art described above has a weight of ca 500 kg, the weight of the present invention is ca 250 kg.DETAILED DESCRIPTIONEmbodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the enclosed drawings, wherein:Fig. 1a is a side view of a prior art device, where the slips are lifted up from the support structure 4;Fig. 1b is a side view of the prior art device, where the slips are lowered into the support structure;Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a first embodiment;Fig. 3 is a top view of the first clamp element;Fig. 4 is a side view of the first embodiment;Fig. 5 is a front view of the first embodiment;Fig. 6 is a top view of the first embodiment;Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the first embodiment, where some parts have been removed. It is now referred to fig. 2, where a first embodiment of a device 10 is shown.Similar to the prior art of fig. 1a and fig. 1b, the main purpose of this device 10 is to lift slips 2 up from and down into an opening in a support structure (typically a master bushing of a drill floor). When the slips is lifted up, the pipe string 6 may easily be moved up/down through the opening O, while when the slips is lowered down into the opening O, the pipe is secured by the slips 2 to the support structure 4. This will be described further in detail below. In fig. 2, it is shown that the device 10 comprises a base 11. The base 11 comprises a base plate 12 and a guide 13 secured to the base plate 12, a lifting arm support 14 connected to the guide 13 and a guide actuator 44 for longitudinally moving the lifting arm support 14 relative to the guide 13. The device 10 further comprises a lifting arm 20. The lifting arm 20 has a first end 20a and a second end 20b- The first end 20a is pivotably connected to the lifting arm support 14 of the base 11. A pivoting axis PA20 around which the lifting arm 20 pivots is indicated in fig. 2 and fig. 6. The second end 20b may be connected to the slips 2 (not shown in fig. 2) via a slips connector 28 pivotably connected to the second end 20b of the lifting arm 20. In fig. 2, fig. 5 and fig. 6, a vertical center plane VCP for the device 10 is indicated. The vertical center plane VCP is coinciding with the longitudinal direction of the lifting arm 20 and the pivoting axis PA20 is perpendicular to the vertical center plane VCP.The device 10 further comprises a lifting arm actuator 45 (fig. (fig. 7) for lifting the lifting arm 20 relative to the lifting arm support 14 of the base 11.The device 10 further comprises a pipe clamp 30 having a first clamping element 31 and a second clamping element 32. The device 10 further comprises a first clamp actuator 41 for moving the first clamping element 31 towards or away from the pipe string 6 and a second clamp actuator 42 for moving the second clamping element 32 towards or away from the pipe string 6. In the present embodiment, the actuators 41, 42, 44, 45 are all hydraulic actuators. The first clamping element 31 and the first clamp actuator 41 are connected to the base 11 on a first side S1 of the lifting arm 20, while the second clamping element 32 and the second clamp actuator 42 are connected to the base 11 on a second side S2 of the lifting arm 20. The first side S1 is located on an opposite side of the vertical center plane VCP than the second side S2 of the lifting arm 20.It is now referred to fig. 2 and fig. 3.Here it is shown that the first clamping element 31 is substantially L-shaped, having a first section 31A and a second section 31B substantially perpendicular to each other and meeting at a junction 31C. The first clamping element 31 is pivotally connected at a pivoting axis PA31 to the base 11 by means of a bolt 61 at the junction 31C.In the present embodiment, the first actuator 41 has an arm 41a being connected to the second section 31B of the first clamping element 31 at a distance from the junction 31C.The first clamping element 31 further comprises a grooved contact area 33 which is connected to the first section 31A of the first clamping element 31 at a distance from the junction 31C. Hence, as shown in fig. 2, if the arm 41a is retracted, i.e. the actuator 41 is shortened, the grooved contact area 33 will move away from the pipe string 6, while if the arm 41a is extended, i.e. the actuator is lengthened, the grooved contact area 33 will move towards the pipe string 6. Similarly, the second clamping element 32 is substantially L-shaped, having a first section 32A and a second section 32B substantially perpendicular to each other and meeting at a junction 32C. The second clamping element 32 is pivotally connected at a pivoting axis PA32 to the base 11 by means of a bolt 61 at the junction 32C. The second actuator 42 has an arm 42a connected to the second section 32B of the second clamping element 32 at a distance from the junction 32C.The second clamping element 32 comprises a grooved contact area 34 being connected to the first section 32A of the second clamping element 32 at a distance from the junction 32C. Hence, as shown in fig. 2, if the arm 42a is retracted, i.e. the actuator 42 is shortened, the grooved contact area 34 will move away from the pipe string 6, while if the arm 42a is extended, i.e. the actuator is lengthened, the grooved contact area 34 will move towards the pipe string 6.The bolts 61, 62 serves two purposes. The first is described above, i.e. to pivotably connect the clamping elements 31, 32 to the base 11. The second purpose is to secure the base 11 to the support structure 4. In fig. 4, it is shown that the bolt 61 continues below the plate 12 and down into the support structure 4.The grooved contact areas 33, 34 are provided with ridges for providing engagement with the pipe string 6. These grooved contact areas 33, 34 may be configured similar to prior art described in WO 2006/137743, i.e. as replaceable inserts provided within a bore. The first clamping element 31 and the second clamping element 32 further comprise a distance element 35, 36 protruding downwardly. The distance element 35, 36 is adapted to make an impact on top of the slips 2 should the pipe string 6 move downwardly relative to the slips 2, thereby pushing the slips 2 further down into a tapered opening in the support structure 4. The first clamping element 31 may comprise a first distance element 35 and the second clamping element 32 may comprise a second distance element 36. In fig. 5, a distance D35, D36 is indicated. The distance D35 represents the distance between a lower end of the first distance element 35 and an upper end of the slips 2 when the slips is provided around the pipe string within the opening O of the support structure 4. Similarly, the distance D36 represents the distance between a lower end of the second distance element 36 and the upper end of the slips 2 when the slips is provided around the pipe string within the opening O of the support structure 4.In fig. 5 it is further shown that the device 10 comprises a first spring 51 located between the first clamping element 31 and the base 11, and a second spring 52 located between the second clamping element 32 and the base 11. These springs 51, 52 are biased to keep their respective clamping element 31, 32 at a distance D51, D52 above the base 11. In fig. 6, it is further shown that the ends of the actuators 41, 42 being distal from the clamping elements 31, 32 are secured to respective bolts 65, 66 protruding up from the plate 12. These ends of the actuators 41, 42 are secured to the bolts by means of first and second spherical ball bushings 71, 72.Operation of device 10As described above, the main purpose of the device 10 is to lift slips 2 up from and down into an opening in a support structure. When the slips is lifted up, the pipe string 6 may easily be moved up/down through the opening O, while when the slips is lowered down into the opening O, the pipe is secured by the slips 2 to the support structure 4.A further purpose of the device 10 is to provide an additional holding function by means of the pipe clamp 30 being secured to the pipe string 6 above the slips. The sequence of using the device 10 will now be described. Initially, the lifting arm 20 is elevated and hence the slips 2 is hence lifted up from the support structure 4. The pipe string may now be moved freely up/down through the opening O. When the pipe string 6 is in a desired position (typically with a small section of pipe string 6 protruding up from the slips to allow a new section of drill pipe to be connected to the pipe string 6, or to allow a section of drill pipe to be disconnected from the pipe string 6), the lifting arm 20 is lowered into the opening O around the pipe string 6. Due to the engagement between the slips 2 and the pipe string 6, as gravity will pull the pipe string 6 down, the slips 2 will follow the pipe string 6 down. Due to the wedging effect between the slips 2 and the opening O, downward movement of the slips 2 within the opening O will cause the slips 2 to move radially inwardly and improve its engagement with the pipe string 6. Normally, the slips 2 will not move much down into the opening O, as the initial engagement between the slips 2 and the pipe string 6 will be sufficient to maintain the drill pipe in its position. When the slips 2 has been lowered into the opening O, the pipe clamp 20 is applied to the pipe string 6 by moving the first clamp element 31 and the second clamp element 32 into contact with the pipe string 6.In most situations, nothing will happen when the device 10 is holding the pipe string 6. Hence, when there is a need to move the pipe string 6 again, the pipe clamp 30 is released, and then the lifting arm 20 is elevated, causing the slips 2 to be lifted up from the opening again. In some situations, the pipe string 6 may start slipping in the slips 2, i.e. the slips 2 loose its engagement with the pipe string 6 and start to move down. The first and second clamping elements 31, 32 of the pipe clamp 30 will then move together with the pipe string 6 down. This downward movement of the first and second clamping elements 31, 32 is allowed due to the weight of the pipe string 6, which will counteract the biasing force of the first spring 51 and the second spring 52. In addition, this downward movement of the first and second clamping elements 31, 32 is allowed due to the first spherical ball bushing 71 and the second spherical ball bushing 72, which allows the arms 41a, 42a (and in the above embodiment also the actuators 41, 42) to pivot down (as indicated by arrow PD in fig. 4) until the lower end of the distance elements 35, 36 will engage the upper end of the slips 2 and push the slips 2 further down into the opening O.It should be noted that the pipe clamp 30 is not designed to hold the weight of the pipe string 6 itself, the pipe clamp 30 is only designed to follow the pipe string 6 down until it arrives into contact with the slips 2.
