349394 1ENCLOSURE FOR FIRE PROTECTION APPARATUSTechnical Field5 The present invention relates to a device for providing a protective and accessible enclosure for fire protection apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to an enclosure for a fire extinguisher. Background Art10Fire apparatus have long been recognized as an essential tool in preventing and mitigating the effects of fires. Their importance is underscored by the fact that they are typically installed in readily accessible locations in buildings, allowing for swift response to emergency situations. Their accessibility and function is 15 critical, as every second counts when dealing with a developing fire. However, this accessibility can also lead to unintended consequences. In the absence of a fire emergency, apparatus can be vulnerable to external force, tampering or a combination of both. For instance, they may be subjected to 20 physical damage, such as being knocked over or bumped into, which can compromise their structural integrity and render them inoperable when needed most. Moreover, the components of a fire extinguisher are susceptible to degradation 25 over time when exposed to environmental factors, either indoors or outdoors, such as temperature fluctuations, humidity, and/or UV radiation, especially in situations where fire extinguisher are located in the outdoors. As a result, the effectiveness of the extinguisher can be compromised, leaving users with a potentially useless device.30JP2001190704A discloses a fire extinguisher case comprising a case body with an opening formed on the front surface for insertion and removal of a fire extinguisher. A door is provided to close the opening, and is positioned on the inner side of the opening’s edge.35 349394 2KR102132185B1 discloses a fire extinguisher storage box designed to enhance visibility and accessibility of the stored fire extinguisher. The box can be installed in a standing position on the ground or mounted on a wall, facilitating rapid recognition and response during fire emergencies.5CN109794022A discloses a storage box for a portable fire extinguisher featuring a side-mounted cover that can be rotatably opened. The box includes a driving device and guide mechanism that causes a fire extinguisher support to move in the direction of the opening when the cover is opened, thereby automatically 10 lifting the fire extinguisher toward the box opening for retrieval. The existing solutions to this problem have their own set of limitations. For instance, some fire apparatus are installed in enclosures that provide protection from the elements but do not necessarily offer secure access during emergency 15 situations. Other enclosures are completely or partially made of at least a breakable material, such as a glass, to be broken during fire emergencies. In these cases, users may be forced to locate alternative means of accessing the extinguisher, which can lead to delays and increased risk of harm.20 Furthermore, the accessibility of fire apparatus can also lead to issues related to maintenance and upkeep. When an extinguisher is constantly exposed to environmental factors, its components can degrade at a faster rate than if it were properly housed. This can result in the need for more frequent replacements or costly repairs, which can be a significant burden on users.25The cumulative effect of these issues is a situation where fire apparatus are simultaneously too accessible when not in use and not accessible enough when they are needed most.30 It is therefore coveted to describe a technical and inventive solution for providing protective means for housing fire apparatus that balances accessibility during emergency situations with protection from external damage and tampering, thereby ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of these critical devices. 3493943Summary of the InventionIt is an object of the present invention to provide a device for enclosing fire apparatus in a secure and accessible manner.5It is an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the enclosure device provides housing to a fire safety apparatus, comprising a first part and a second part, wherein the first part and the second part includes a first fastening mechanism and a second fastening 10 mechanism for joining together the first- and second part, wherein, the first fastening mechanism includes a first groove in the first part and a first protrusion on the second part, and the second fastening mechanism includes a second groove in the second part and a second protrusion on the first part, wherein the first- and second grooves are intended to receive the first- and second 15 protrusions for enclosing the fire safety apparatus within the enclosure device. It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein at least a received protrusion is kept in place by at least a groove intended for arresting lateral movement of the first part relative to the 20 second part.It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein said at least a received protrusion is kept in place by at least at least a groove at a predetermined force.25It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the first part includes at least a grasping section for lifting the first part in a vertical direction.30 It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the at least a grasping section is placed the top surface of the first part.It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for 35 fire apparatus, wherein the fire safety apparatus is placed on the bottom section 3493944of the second part, wherein the second part provides an accessibility of the fire safety apparatus from the front, sides and top relative to the second part.It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for 5 fire apparatus, the enclosure device further includes at least a locking mechanism for locking together the first- and second part.It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the enclosure device further includes a first indicator 10 item intended for visually indicating that at least a protrusion in not received by at least a groove. It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the enclosure device further includes a second indicator 15 item intended for visually indicating that first part has been separated from the second part.It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire apparatus, wherein the enclosed fire safety apparatus is hermetically sealed 20 within the enclosure device. It is further an object of the present invention to achieve an enclosure device for fire protection apparatus, wherein the fire protection apparatus is a fire extinguisher.25The object of the present invention is achieved as described in the following claims.30 Brief Description of the DrawingsFig. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of an enclosure device for a fire safety apparatus,35 Fig. 2 illustrates a transparent perspective view of an enclosure device with an enclosed fire safety apparatus, 3493945Fig. 3 illustrates a perspective view of an open and empty enclosure device, Fig. 4 illustrates a detailed side view of a enclosure device detailing the fastening 5 mechanisms,Fig. 5 illustrates a detailed perspective view of the first fastening mechanism, Fig. 6 illustrates a perspective view of an alternative embodiment of an enclosure 10 device. 3493946Detailed Description of the InventionFigure 1 shows a preferred embodiment of the invention, an enclosure device 1 for containing a fire protection apparatus 4, which is preferably, but not limited 5 to, a fire extinguisher.
