3497441Technical Field[001] The present invention relates to the technical field of children’s chairs and accessories thereof. In particular, the invention relates to an attachable cushion for the backrest of a children’s chair. The cushion comprises a pocket that is reversible 5 in configuration, such that the cushion may be used both directly on the chair or on a backrest accessory of the chair.Background[002] Children’s chairs, in particular high chairs, often come with several accessories that allow children of different sizes to use the high chair safely. Certain 10 high chairs may also be suitable for use by youths and adults, with or without the use of accessories.[003] As an example, a support rail may be provided to ensure that smaller toddlers are held safely in the high chair. The support rail can be provided with a crotch support, alternatively the support rail and crotch support can form a15 combined support accessory. In addition, a backrest accessory can be provided for additional support of the back of a smaller child or toddler, and the backrest accessory can be removable to ensure that the high chair can also provide a comfortable and safe seating position for a larger child. Depending on the size and layout of the chair, a support rail, crotch support and backrest accessory may be 20 required by regulatory authorities in order for the chair to be used for children under the age of 36 months.[004] Custom high chair cushions can be provided for additional seat and back comfort. When accessories are added to or removed from the high chair, the shape and configuration of the high chair seat and backrest may change. Thus, several 25 different types of cushions may be required for the different shapes and configuration of the seat and backrest. It is therefore both convenient and environmentally sustainable to have a cushion that can be adapted for use both directly on a chair and a child seat accessory, in particular for chairs that can be used through to early adulthood and beyond.30 [005] Known cushion solutions from the prior art attempting to solve this problem tend to use a variety of straps and fastening means in order to provide for a fit to both a backrest of the chair and a backrest accessory of the chair. Examples 3497442of such solutions are known from NO179193 and DE202016105420U1. However, the straps and fastening means used in the prior art may have disadvantages in terms of user friendliness, safety and optimal fit.[006] It is an object of the present invention to provide a cushion for use on both 5 a backrest accessory and the backrest of a children’s chair that improves or mitigates the drawbacks of prior art solutions.Summary of the Invention[007] In an aspect, the present invention relates to an attachable cushion for the backrest of a children’s chair, the attachable cushion comprising:10 - a reversible pocket, arranged at an upper end of the cushion, for attachment to the upper end a backrest accessory of the chair in a non-reversed configuration of the pocket;- at least one lower flap for attachment around the backrest of the chair in a reversed configuration of the pocket;15 - wherein the lower flap comprises a first internal fastening means and the reversible pocket comprises a second internal fastening means, for attachment to each other in the reversed configuration of the pocket.[008] Thus, according to a first aspect of the invention, an attachable cushion is 20 provided that can be used both directly on the backrest of a children’s chair and on a backrest accessory of the chair. Thereby providing a convenient and sustainable cushion that has a longer potential usage and life span than prior art solutions. The combination of fastening means and reversible pocket improves ease-of-use, providing an optimal fit for both the backrest accessory and the chair itself and 25 reduces any potential safety concerns of the prior art solutions. In particular, the provision of a pocket that may cover the backrest accessory ensures that the cushion stays in place during use, with a good fit. The provision of the backrest accessory in a pocket of the cushion may also aesthetically enhance the overall impression of the chair, due to its improved fit and because the cushion covers at 30 least part of the backrest accessory. Safety may be enhanced due to a reduced 3497443need for straps and other fastening means that may be tampered with by small children.[009] In embodiments of the invention, the children’s chair may be a high chair. A children’s chair may be defined herein as a chair that is suitable for use by a child 5 in a certain configuration. Notably, this does not exclude chairs that may also be suitable for use by babies, toddlers, youths and adults, depending on the configuration and accessories of the chair. Thus, a particular advantage of the inventive cushion may be that it is applicable in one configuration on a children’s chair with accessories allowing use from a very early age, all the way up to10 adulthood in another configuration.[010] Preferably, the chair may comprise a backrest formed by an upper rail and a lower rail, wherein the rails may be formed with a curvature for ergonomic benefit.[011] Advantageously, the chair may be used as a high chair for babies and 15 toddlers and as a chair for children, youths and adults, potentially in different adjustments, configurations and with the use of accessories. Preferably, the children’s chair may be a Tripp Trapp chair, a brand of adjustable high chairs marketed by the company Stokke, these chairs being suitable for use by babies, toddlers, youth and adults depending on configuration and accessories. The chair 20 may also be any high chair with significantly similar design and layout to a Tripp Trapp chair. The accessories, such as backrest accessory, may thus be suitable for use with any such children’s chairs, but in particular for those compatible with a Tripp Trapp chair or similar chairs.[012] The backrest accessory may form part of a baby set, intended for use on a 25 children’s high chair such that the chair may be used by babies from around 6 months, or when the baby is capable of sitting upright without help. Preferably, the baby set and back rest accessory may be the Tripp Trapp Baby Set, as marketed by Stokke, or any significantly similar baby sets for use on Tripp Trapp chairs or similar chairs.30 [013] In embodiments, the backrest accessory may have a curved ergonomic design, providing comfort and support for the baby. Thus, the backrest accessory may have a concave surface for supporting the back of the baby, said surface having a rectangular shape with rounded corners. The shape and size of the 3497444backrest accessory may be sufficient to support the baby whilst sitting in the chair. The backrest accessory may be provided with attachment means for attaching directly to the backrest of the children’s chair.[014] In other embodiments, the backrest accessory may have alternative 5 designs, shapes and configurations. For example, the surface for supporting the back of the baby may be flat, or it may have a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from flat to larger curvatures. The shape may be rounded or polygonal. The surface may be mesh shaped or it may form one planar surface. Such variations are possible, and will be understood by the skilled person in the context of the10 invention, to the extent that these variations are suitable for being used in a backrest accessory.[015] The cushion may be configured with a shape and size so as to provide an optimal fit for the shape and size of the backrest accessory and backrest of the chair. Preferably, the cushion may comprise a substantially rectangular shape 15 mirroring that of the backrest configuration when it is in the non-reversed configuration. The corners of the cushion may preferably be rounded to match the rounded corners of the backrest accessory. Nevertheless, rounded corners of the cushion may provide for less wear-and-tear, and may furthermore prevent bending forward of the cushion, thus keeping the cushion in place with an optimal fit.20 [016] By attachable herein it is meant that the cushion may be attached to a children’s chair for prolonged periods of time. However, the cushion may be an optional addition to a children’s chair or backrest accessory of the children’s chair. Thus, for the avoidance of doubt, the term attachable may be considered similar to removable, detachable and similar synonyms.25 [017] By the term reversible herein it is meant that the pocket may be turned inside-out, such that it is usable in two configurations; a first non-reversed configuration and a second reversed configuration. It will be understood that the non-reversed and reversed configurations are arbitrary categorisations, and that these terms could be used interchangeably, or be defined simply as a first30 configuration and a second configuration.[018] The terms such as upper, lower, front, back and other spatial terms, are to be understood in the context of the invention in use. Thus, the upper end of the cushion refers to its vertical upper end when arranged on the backrest accessory in 3497445use. The same applies for the lower end. The spatial terms such as upper, lower, centre may be considered arbitrary and replaceable by terms such as first, second, third etc. For example, the term upper and lower may be replaced by first and second.5 [019] The cushion may comprise textile and padding material for more comfortable support of the back of the baby, toddler or child.[020] Preferably, the at least one lower flap comprises one large flap arranged extending across at least part of the middle lower portion of the cushion. In alternative embodiments, several smaller flaps may be provided instead of one 10 large flap.[021] By internal fastening means, it will be understood that the fastening means are arranged to be fastened to other fastening means of the cushion.[022] In embodiments of the invention, the cushion may comprise external fastening means, for fastening on to a lower end of the backrest accessory in the 15 non-reversed configuration of the pocket, arranged at a lower end of the cushion.[023] By external fastening means, it will be understood that the fastening means are arranged to be fastened to other fastening means not on the cushion, but may instead be arranged to be fastened on external objects or fastening means, such as corners, notches, protrusions or similar appendages.20 [024] Internal and external fastening means may comprise hook-and-loop bands, buttons, zippers, press studs, elastic bands, clasps, fabric ties, buckles, eyelets and grommets.[025] In embodiments of the invention, at least a first external fastening means and second external fastening means may each be arranged at lower corners of the 25 cushion for attachment to lower corners of the backrest accessory in the nonreversed configuration of the pocket. The first and second external fastening means may be configured such that they can be mounted onto the lower corners of the backrest accessory once the upper part of the backrest accessory has been inserted into the pocket in the non-reversed configuration. Preferably, the first and second 30 external fastening means are configured to counteract the pocket in the non 3497446reversed configuration, such that the cushion may be held in place from four directions.[026] The first external fastening means and second external fastening means may in embodiments comprise bands or straps arranged across the corners of the 5 cushion, the bands being configured to fit the corners of the backrest accessory.Bands or straps may be advantageous as they tend not to accumulate dirt.[027] In alternative embodiments, the first external fastening means and second external fastening means may comprise pockets arranged across the corners, the pockets being configured to fit the corners of the backrest accessory. Pockets may 10 be considered advantageous as they may be considered less prone to tampering by small children, thereby increasing safety.[028] In embodiments of the invention, a third external fastening means may be arranged between the lower corners of the cushion for attachment to a middle lower portion of the backrest accessory in the non-reversed configuration of the 15 pocket. Thus, the shape of the cushion may be held better in place during use.[029] The third external fastening means may be of particular use in embodiments of the backrest accessory having a curved, preferably concave shape. In such embodiments, the third external fastening means may ensure that the cushion is held tightly towards the surface of the backrest accessory. The third 20 external fastening means may preferably comprise a looped elastic band or strap for hooking on to a latch arranged in the middle of lowermost end of the backrest accessory. The elasticity of the looped elastic band or strap may be configured such that the pocket is pulled downwards on the backrest accessory and the centre of the cushion is held in towards the front facing side of the backrest accessory.25 Thereby, the curvature and aesthetic qualities of the chair and backrest accessory may be enhanced.[030] In embodiments of the invention, the pocket may be foldable in the reversed configuration, such that the lower flap and the internal fastening means may be configured to hold the pocket around the backrest of the chair. By folding 30 the pocket, the cushion may fit more snugly on to the backrest of the chair. The foldable pocket also mitigates the use of a longer lower flap and internal fastening means. Furthermore, once folded, the pocket may be used for accommodating 3497447children’s items such as cloths, pacifiers, small toys, pens, pencils, drawing material or the like.[031] In embodiments of the invention, the pocket may be foldable around a sewing line of the cushion. By providing a sewing line on the cushion, the user may 5 more readily understand where the pocket may be folded and the sewing line may also ease the folding of the cushion. Furthermore, the sewing line may enhance the fit of the cushion to the backseat of the chair when the pocket is folded over and connected to the lower flap, thereby accentuating the aesthetic appearance of the children’s chair. Preferably, the cushion may comprise an upper sewing line and a 10 lower sewing line, wherein the pocket may be folded over the upper sewing line.Advantageously, the upper sewing line may be arranged at a position corresponding to the top of the upper rail of a children’s chair when in use. Thus, the upper sewing line may provide a demarcation of the folding line, providing ease of folding and enhancing the curvature of the upper rail. Yet more preferably, the 15 lower sewing line may be arranged such that it is at a position between an upper rail and a lower rail of the backrest of a children’s chair. Furthermore, the sewing line may be arranged to correspond with a third internal fastening means of the cushion. Thus, the lower sewing line may provide for enhancing the aesthetic qualities of the chair as it facilitates a firm fit on the rails of the children’s chair.20 [032] In embodiments of the invention, the second internal fastening means of the reversible pocket may be arranged on an upper flap extending from the outermost upper end of the pocket in the reversed configuration. The upper flap may have a size and shape such that it reaches down to the first internal fastening means of the lower flap, such that they are attachable to each other when the 25 pocket is folded over the backrest of the children’s chair.[033] In embodiments of the invention, the cushion may be provided with third internal fastening means arranged between the upper end and the lower end of the cushion, and wherein the first internal fastening means may be arranged on both sides of the lower flap, such that the third internal fastening means may be30 configured for attachment to any of the first internal fastening means and/or second internal fastening means. Preferably, the third internal fastening means may be arranged such that it is placed between an upper rail and a lower rail of a children’s chair when in use. Thereby, the fastening of the first and second internal fastening means to the third internal fastening means may provide for a firm grip 35 around the rails of the chair and enhance the aesthetic qualities of the chair. 3497448[034] In embodiments of the invention, the lower flap may be configured to hold around a lower rail of the backrest of the chair, when the first internal fastening means is fastened to the third internal fastening means. Thus, the lower flap may provide a grip to prevent sideways sliding of the cushion during use.5 [035] In embodiments of the invention, wherein the pocket in the reversed configuration and the upper flap may be configured to hold around an upper rail of the backrest of the chair, when the second internal fastening means is fastened to the first internal fastening means. Thus, the upper flap and cushion may provide a grip to prevent sideways sliding of the cushion during use. When the cushion is 10 provided to only hold around the upper rail of the children’s chair, this may be known as a second assembled state of the cushion with the pocket in the reversed configuration.[036] Together, the upper flap and cushion holding around the upper rail, and the lower flap holding around the lower rail, may also provide for the cushion being 15 held in place around the backrest of the chair without rotating, and being kept in a vertically correct position and shape. This double fastening may be referred to as a first assembled state of the cushion with the pocket in the reversed configuration.[037] In the following description, numerous specific details are introduced by way of example only to provide a thorough understanding of embodiments of the 20 claimed cushion. One skilled in the relevant art, however, will recognize that these embodiments can be practiced without one or more of the specific details, or with other components, systems, etc. In other instances, well-known structures or operations are not shown, or are not described in detail, to avoid obscuring aspects of the disclosed embodiments.25 Brief Description of the Figures[038] The following drawings are appended to facilitate the understanding of the invention. References will be made to the accompanying drawings. It shall be noted, however, that although the drawings represent exemplary embodiments only, and that other features and embodiments may well be within the scope of the invention as claimed. Further, the mentioning of references such as "a" or "an" etc. should not be construed as excluding a plurality.25 [048] Unless otherwise defined, all terms of art, notations and other scientific terms or terminology used herein are intended to have the meanings commonly understood by those of skill in the art to which this invention pertains. Certain terms of art, notations, and other scientific terms or terminology may, however, be defined specifically as indicated below. 34974410[049] Fig. 1A illustrates the frontside 1F of the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the non-reversed configuration 11N. The frontside 1F of the cushion 1 faces the back of the child in use, and thus it will be seen that the non-reversed configuration 11N refers to the pocket 11 being arranged towards the frontside 1F of the cushion 5 1.[050] The cushion 1 exemplified in the Figures has a rectangular, slightly trapezoidal shape with four rounded corners. Fig. 1 illustrates two sewing lines 14U, 14L that are arranged horizontally on the cushion 1, an upper sewing line 14U and a lower sewing line 14L. The sewing lines 14U, 14L ensure that the padding10 material stays in place, during use and during washing. The sewing lines 14U, 14L also accentuate the curvature of the children’s chair 2 when in use. Furthermore, the upper sewing line 14U facilitates folding of the reversible pocket 11, since it demarcates a folding line, whilst also providing a natural point to fold around. This folding property will be explained in further detail with regard to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6.15 [051] Turning to Fig. 1B, the backside 1B of the cushion 1 in the non-reversed configuration 11N is illustrated. The pocket 11 is shown extending from the upper end 1U of the cushion 1 and ending at a position before reaching the upper sewing line 14U. Towards the middle lower end of the cushion 1L, a lower flap 12 is shown folded such that it reaches roughly below the lower sewing line 14L. At the upper 20 end of the lower flap 12, a first internal fastening means 121F exemplified by a hook-and-loop band 121F is arranged horizontally extending across said flap 12. When the lower flap 12 is in a non-folded configuration, the hook-and-loop band 121F shown in Fig. 1B will be on the frontside 1F of the cushion 1.[052] At each of the lower corners 1L1,1L2 of the cushion 1, a first external 25 fastening means 131 and a second external fastening means 132, exemplified by straps 131,132, extend across each of the corners 1L1,1L2. A third external fastening means 133, exemplified by an elastic band configured as a loop 133, is shown arranged at the lower end of the cushion 1L.[053] Fig. 2A illustrates the cushion 1 from the frontside 1F in the reversed 30 configuration 11R of the pocket 11. The illustration is of a non-folded cushion 1, in other respects, the cushion 1 is the same as that shown in Fig. 1A and Fig. 1B. It will now be seen that the reversed pocket 11R is therefore arranged towards the frontside 1F of the cushion 1. Extending from the upper end 1U of the cushion 1 an upper flap 15 can be seen. The figures illustrate how the upper flap 15 is configured 34974411with a length shorter than the depth of the pocket 11, such that the upper flap 15 is hidden from view in the non-reversed configuration 11N of the pocket 11.[054] Again, the pocket 11 is shown in Fig. 2A extending from the upper end 1U of the cushion 1 and ending at a position before reaching the upper sewing line 5 14U. It will be seen, with reference to Fig. 5 and. Fig. 6, how this configuration facilitates folding and an optimal fit of the cushion 1 to the backrest 21 of the children’s chair 2.[055] Turning now to Fig. 2B, the backside 1B of the cushion 1 in the reversed configuration 11R is illustrated. The upper flap 15 is illustrated with a second 10 internal fastening means 111 arranged on the backside 1B of the cushion 1, exemplified by a hook-and-loop band 111, extending horizontally across said upper flap 15. The lower flap 12 is shown extending downwards in Fig. 2B, with a first internal fastening means 121B, exemplified by a hook-and-loop band 121B arranged on the backside of the cushion 1B. Thus, the lower flap comprises a hook-15 and-loop band 121 on both its frontside 121F and its backside 121B. With the lower flap 12 arranged downwards, the Figure reveals a third internal fastening means 16, exemplified by a hook-and-loop band 16, arranged centrally in the cushion 1 and adjacently below the lower sewing line 14L.[056] Typically, the third internal fastening means 16 may comprise hooks, the 20 second internal fastening means 111 of the pocket 11 may comprise loops, the frontside of the first internal fastening means 121F of the lower flap 12 may comprise hooks, and the backside of the first internal fastenings 121B of the lower flap 12 may comprise loops. Thereby, the second internal fastening means 111 can be attached either to the third internal fastening 16 means or the frontside of the 25 first internal fastening means 121F. The backside of the first internal fastening means 121B may be attached to the third internal fastening means 16. The advantages of these alternatives for fastening will be explained in more detail with reference to Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The skilled person in the art will understand, in the context of the invention, how a similar configuration of fastening can be achieved 30 with alternative fastening means, and arrangements of hooks and loops.[057] Reference is now made to Fig. 3A, Fig. 3B and Fig. 3C, illustrating the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the non-reversed configuration 11N, a backrest accessory 3, a crotch support accessory 4 and the children’s chair 2 in nonassembled and assembled states. 34974412[058] Turning first to Fig. 3A, a profile view of the backrest accessory 3 and the crotch support accessory 4 are shown. The backrest accessory 3 and crotch support accessory 4 together form a baby set 3,4 for a children’s chair 2. The particular baby set 3,4 exemplified in the Figures is known in the prior art as marketed by 5 Stokke. The reader’s attention may be drawn to the lower corners 3L1,3L2, and lower middle portion 3C of the backrest accessory 3, since these will play a part with reference to the Fig. 4 illustrating the assembly of these components.Otherwise, it will be seen that the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the non-reversed configuration 11N is similar to that illustrated in Fig. 1B, albeit with some fewer 10 reference signs for the sake of simplicity.[059] Moving on to Fig. 3B, the children’s chair 2 is exemplified as a Tripp Trapp high chair. The skilled person will be familiar with this chair, its function and its components and how it may be used from early ages up to adulthood.Nevertheless, attention may be drawn to the upper rail 21U and lower rail 21L of 15 the backrest 21, since these components 21U,21L will play a part in relation to subsequent Figures detailing the assembly of the cushion 1, backrest accessory 3 and chair 2.[060] Finally, Fig. 3C illustrates the baby set 3,4 and cushion 1 fully assembled on the chair 2. The assembly of the baby set 3,4 is known from the prior art. The 20 assembly of the cushion 1 will be explained in more detail with reference to Fig. 4.Particular note may be taken in Fig. 3C of the upper sewing line 14U and lower sewing line 14L. The lower sewing line 14L is arranged at a point between the upper 21U and lower rail 21L of the backrest 21. The upper sewing line 14U is arranged towards the upper end of the upper rail 21U. It will be seen from Fig. 3C 25 how the sewing lines 14U,14L follow the curvature of the rails 21U,21L.[061] Reference is now made to Fig. 4A-D, illustrating the assembly of the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the non-reversed configuration 11N onto the backrest accessory 3.[062] Turning first to Fig. 4A, the cushion 1 is illustrated with the backside 1B 30 facing towards a frontside of the backrest accessory 3. Thus, the cushion 1 in Fig. 4A is the in the same configuration as in Fig. 1B and Fig. 3A, albeit with the lower flap 12 extending downwards. A curved arrow illustrates how the upper end of the backrest accessory 3 can be tilted into the non-reversed pocket 11N of the cushion 1. 34974413[063] Moving on to Fig. 4B, the backrest accessory 3 has now been firmly inserted into the pocket 11N, such that the top of the backrest accessory 3 is covered by the pocket 11N. Another curved arrow now illustrates how the lower flap 12 may be inserted between the backrest accessory 3 and the cushion 1, 5 thereby concealing the lower flap 12 during use. Alternatively, the lower flap 12 may be folded up towards the centre of the cushion 1, and it may be attached to the third internal fastening means 16, before inserting the backrest accessory 3 into the pocket 11N. It will be seen from Fig. 4B how the shape and size of the cushion 1 is significantly similar to that of the backrest accessory 3, such that the 10 cushion 1 may fully cover the frontside of the backrest accessory 3 during use.[064] Fig. 4C illustrates the fastening of the backrest accessory 3 to the external fastening means 131,132,133 of the cushion 1. Arrows displayed at the lower corners 3L1,3L2 of the backrest accessory 3 display how these corners 3L1,3L2 are moved into the first and second external fastening means 131,132 of the cushion 1, 15 exemplified as straps 131,132 extending diagonally over the corners 1L1,1L2 of the cushion 1. These straps 131,132 hold the cushion 1 in place on the backrest accessory 3 during use, in particular they prevent the cushion 1 from sliding off to one side.[065] The zoomed-in detail in Fig. 4C shows how the third external fastening 20 means 133, exemplified by the elastic loop 133, is hooked on to a fastening means of the backrest accessory 3 which is formed from two slots in the edge flange of said accessory. The elastic loop 133 will work to pull the cushion 1 downwards and hold it towards the front facing side of the backrest accessory 3. Thus, the pocket 11N and the external fastening means 131,132 together ensure an optimal fit of 25 the cushion 1 during use, enhancing the aesthetic qualities of the children’s chair 2, preventing the cushion 1 from sliding off and ensuring that there are minimal appendages on the cushion 1 that may be tampered with by a child, thereby increasing safety.[066] Finally, Fig. 4D illustrates how the assembled cushion 1 and backrest 30 accessory 3 are mounted to the children’s chair 2, together with the crotch safety accessory 4. This mounting is performed in a manner that will already be known to the skilled person, since the baby set 3,4 exemplified in the illustration forms part of the prior art. Furthermore, it will be seen how the cushion 1 does not obstruct the mounting portions of the baby set 3,4. 34974414[067] Reference is now made to Fig. 5A, Fig. 5B and Fig. 5C, illustrating the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the reversed configuration 11R together with the children’s chair 2 in non-assembled and assembled states. Fig. 5A essentially illustrates the same as Fig. 2B. Fig. 5B illustrates the same chair 2 as in Fig. 3B. 5 Fig. 5C illustrates the cushion 1 with the reversed pocket 11R mounted onto the backrest 21 of the chair 2, as seen from the frontside of the chair 2 and covering the upper and lower rails 21U,21L of the chair 2. It will be understood that the assembled cushion on the chair in Fig. 5C will be applicable for children and adults, thus illustrating the extensive usage of the inventive cushion.10 [068] Turning to Fig. 6A, Fig. 6B and Fig. 6C, the mounting of the cushion 1 from the non-assembled state to a first assembled state is illustrated. Starting with Fig. 6A, the cushion is shown in a non-folded state arranged adjacent the upper and lower rails 21U,21L of the backrest 21. At the lower end 1L of the cushion 1, a curved arrow illustrates how the lower flap 12 is wrapped around the lower rail 21L 15 and how the backside of the first internal fastening 121B means is to be moved towards the third internal fastening means 16. This first step is shown completed in the zoomed-in detail of Fig. 6B. Thus, the lower flap 12 provides a firm grip on the lower rail 21L.[069] After the lower flap 12 has been fastened around the lower rail 21L, it will 20 be seen in Fig. 6A, from the curved arrow towards the upper end 1U of the cushion 1 how the upper flap 15 is to be pulled downwards and over the upper rail 21U of the backrest 21. In the zoomed-in detail of Fig. 6B, the upper sewing line 14U is shown arranged adjacently above the top of the upper rail 21U. Thus, it will be understood how the reversed pocket 11R of the cushion 1 is folded over the upper 25 sewing line 14U towards the back of the upper rail 21L. The zoomed-in detail of Fig. 6C shows how the reversed pocket 11R is finally folded around the upper rail 21U such that the second internal fastening means 111 on the upper flap 15 is fastened to the frontside of the first internal fastening means 121F of the lower flap 12.[070] Thus, a firm grip on both rails 21U,21L is achieved providing stability and 30 avoiding displacement of the cushion 1 in use. Simultaneously, the first assembled state exemplified in Fig. 6C ensures minimal loose appendages or fastening means that can be tampered with by small children. Furthermore, the cushion 1 follows the curvature of the chair 2 and thereby enhances the chair’s 2 aesthetic qualities. 34974415[071] Reference is now made to Fig. 7A and Fig. 7B, illustrating the cushion 1 with the pocket in a reversed configuration 11R in a first assembled state on the chair 2. Fig. 7A corresponds to Fig. 6C, albeit illustrated at a different angle and encompassing the entire chair 2. Particular notice may be given to the upper 5 sewing line 14U, seen at the top of the folded cushion 1 and extending along the upper rail 14L. This upper sewing line 14U follows the curvature of the upper rail 21U and facilitates the folding of the cushion 1. Furthermore, it will be seen how the reversed pocket 11R may function to hold small toys, pacifiers, cloths, pens, pencils, drawing materials etc.10 [072] Turning now to Fig. 7B, the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the reversed configuration 11R assembled in the first state over the rails 21U,21L of the chair 2 is illustrated. The lower flap 12 extending from the lower part 1L of the cushion 1 is mounted around the lower rail 21L of the chair 2 and fastened to both the third internal fastening means 16 and the second internal fastening 111 means from 15 both sides of the first internal fastening means 121F,121B. This triple fastening point is arranged in the space between the upper and lower rails 21U,21L.Simultaneously, the reversed pocket 11R is folded over the upper rail 21U at the upper sewing line 14U down towards the first internal fastening means 121, where the second internal fastening means 121 is fastened. Thus, it will be seen how in 20 the first assembled state of the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the reversed configuration 11R, the cushion 1 is held firmly around both rails of the chair 21U,21L. Thereby preventing displacement of the cushion 1 in use, and enhancing the aesthetic qualities of the chair 2.[073] Reference is now made to Fig. 8A and Fig. 8B, where the cushion 1 with 25 the pocket 11 in the reversed configuration 11R is shown in a second assembled state on the backrest 21 of the children’s chair 2. It will be seen from Fig. 8A how the lower flap 12 now does not extend around the lower rail 21L of the chair 2.[074] Turning to Fig. 8B, a cross-section of the cushion 1 with the pocket 11 in the reversed configuration 11R illustrates the second assembled state in more 30 detail. It will be seen that the lower flap 12 is folded, but not around the lower rail 21L of the chair 2. Instead the lower flap 12 is placed between the lower rail 21L of the chair 2 and the cushion 1. Otherwise, the lower flap 12 is fastened in a similar manner with the internal fastening means 16,111,121 as in the first assembled state. Thus, the lower flap 12 is hidden from view, and does not form a loose 35 appendage. However, the lower flap 12 provides less friction and grip in the second 34974416assembled state. Yet, the invention will still provide enhanced safety, aesthetics and ease-of-use.[075] Further assembled states, not illustrated herein, can yet be envisaged within the scope of the invention. For example, the first and second internal 5 fastening means 111,121 may be fastened to each other without the need for a third internal fastening means 16. Although a less preferred embodiment, such assembled states and configurations will nonetheless achieve the effects of the invention of enhancing safety, aesthetics and ease-of-use.
